Brendan Miller is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (CSCS) and Personal Trainer (CPT) who specializes in Sports Performance at the collegiate level. He earned a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Movement Science from Penn State University. In 2016 he began his career as a personal trainer, quickly gaining recognition for his tailored programs and client-focused approach.
In 2019, he began working with Penn State Football and Rugby teams to enhance their performance on the field. He later assumed the role of Director of Sports Performance at West Virginia State University, overseeing training programs for all sports at the University. Currently, Brendan is contributing his expertise at Villanova University, where he’s making a significant impact on Football, Baseball, and Swimming teams.Brendan brings first-hand experience and dedication to his work. Not only has he competed as a powerlifter for Penn State at the national level, but he is also a triathlete. Brendan successfully trained and completed his first ironman in July 2024. Brendan’s journey, from Penn State student to respected sports performance coach at Villanova, underscores his unwavering commitment to fitness and athletics. His extensive experience and dedication push the boundaries of excellence in Sports Performance and helping others achieve their goals.
Aside from his work in sports training, Brendan also has extensive experience helping everyday individuals achieve healthier lifestyles. He is passionate about guiding people on their fitness journeys, whether they are beginners or seasoned athletes, and finds great satisfaction in seeing them reach their personal health and wellness goals. Brendan particularly enjoys the flexibility and reach of remote programming, which enables him to design customized plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. This approach allows him to provide continuous support and accountability, ensuring that clients stay motivated and on track to achieve their desired outcomes, no matter where they are.
